Join us for our annual Open House!

Sunday, October 5th, 2025

1pm to 4pm

This is a free, family-friendly event great for people of all ages. Meet our non-releasable “ambassador” hawks, owls, and falcons presented “on the glove” by handlers for the public to view up close and personal. Other highlights include children’s crafts and activities, tours of the admissions facilities, educational displays, and refreshments.

A patient release will occur, weather permitting!

There will be a raffle, TWC merchandise for sale, and opportunities to learn about how to further support Tamarack in the future. The center’s licensed rehabilitators, educators, and volunteers will be onsite to answer questions and discuss exciting successes of the past year.

Participants at this event must utilize roadside parking. Limited handicapped parking will be available.
